Get Fit with PAL's

Get Fit with PAL provides safe, fun exercises and activities for youth designed to keep them active and motivated, and team building and leadership skills are emphasized. Students get to rotate through fitness stations. Students will have the opportunity to participate in fun outdoor activities such as running an obstacle course, playing soccer, a four-way tug of war, jump rope, double dutch, and practicing football drills.
